How can this freckle-faced little girl be graduating?
We love you and are so very proud of you, sweetie!
Is already 4 years old!
Her birthday celebration was complete with rainbow cake made specially for her by her most favoritest person, Sammy!
It is so hard to believe that 4 years have already passed us by and Emma is now 4 years old.  It is just amazing how quickly it passes!  Here are few pictures of her first days.  The first couple of weeks after Emma’s birth is such a blur due to the complications that arose right after her birth, leaving me in surgery for eight hours and weeks to recover.
What an emotional, wonderfully great last week.  How can parents have such a wide array of feelings?  So happy for the next step of their lives but mixed with a twinge of sadness.

My beautiful girls…
All too soon the evening came to a close and the new married couple drove away…
The day seemed sort of like a fuzzy dream. Â Totally wonderful but in the same thought how did it come to this so soon. Â Very surreal. Â It was just yesterday…
The boys started moving into his room and found a couple of treasures…
A blanky with only two corners of silky left on it. A blanky a boy carried with him everywhere and was the ultimate comforter…
His little Teddy that followed him everywhere…
How can a mommy go from crying tears of pure happiness and being excited for her boy and his wonderful new wife to crying tears of remembrance all in the same minute?

Miss Emmalynn and Gunnar…
When Emmalynn woke up she had seen that it snowed and kept pestering everyone about going sledding. They were all busy getting school work and chores done for the day and they promised to take her later. Â She acted like she was alright with that answer. Â Soon enough we heard the door open and close and when I went to investigate I found this little girl out, playing with Gunnar…
So much for waiting!
Complete with crayon claws and a bungee strap tail!  Garrett sure does know how to dote on his little sister.  ❤
