Last Sunrise of 2014…

We hope you all had a wonderful holiday season!  We sure did!  Besides dealing with crouping cold, one kid with pneumonia and another with a sinus infection, we made the best of our situation and had a wonderful time with friends and family over the past couple of weeks.  Markus and I were even able to get away for a couple of hours in the wee hours of the morning of New Years Eve…

Glacier National Park, summer of 2012.

On this particular day we had the privilege of watching this big boar grizzly bear for about 30 minutes.

And I ended up with my first case of true lens envy!  lol

Still it was quite an exciting time for our family to watch this hungry guy do a bit of foraging while moving through.
