Last night we watched this crescent moon set, with a huge dark cloud hanging over it. The only thing visible in the sky was this little moon…
Then slowly the clouds started to part…
Reveling twinkling stars…
All within a half hour, the sky went from completely socked in to just a few little clouds here and there. Then as we walked home I accidentally hit my camera remote and this was what it recorded in thirty seconds… 
Kind of funny!
On Wednesday we had a blue-sky day and we couldn’t stand to stay in the house any longer so we loaded up the Suburban and headed up to the park for a bit…

The moon rise was simply stunning last night. I was busy fixing fence last night, without my camera and witnessed the moon just peeking out from behind the mountains. It was one of those awe…..moments. I had to race back down the pasture and jump in the pickup and head home for the camera and then zip back to capture these. I was hoping to get out again tonight but it was pretty cloudy out.
And a powered parachute!
