So proud of this girl!
Her graduation gift!
The girl and her shot gun…
Getting pointers from her brother…
How can this freckle-faced little girl be graduating?
We love you and are so very proud of you, sweetie!
Is already 4 years old!
Her birthday celebration was complete with rainbow cake made specially for her by her most favoritest person, Sammy!
It is so hard to believe that 4 years have already passed us by and Emma is now 4 years old. It is just amazing how quickly it passes! Here are few pictures of her first days. The first couple of weeks after Emma’s birth is such a blur due to the complications that arose right after her birth, leaving me in surgery for eight hours and weeks to recover.
Our whole family with exception of my brother…
Our little clan…
Myself and my husband…
What an emotional, wonderfully great last week. How can parents have such a wide array of feelings? So happy for the next step of their lives but mixed with a twinge of sadness.
Life is bittersweet…

My beautiful girls…
All too soon the evening came to a close and the new married couple drove away…
The day seemed sort of like a fuzzy dream. Totally wonderful but in the same thought how did it come to this so soon. Very surreal. It was just yesterday…
The boys started moving into his room and found a couple of treasures…
A blanky with only two corners of silky left on it. A blanky a boy carried with him everywhere and was the ultimate comforter…
His little Teddy that followed him everywhere…
How can a mommy go from crying tears of pure happiness and being excited for her boy and his wonderful new wife to crying tears of remembrance all in the same minute?
Linking up with…
Victoria and Madeline walking their 4-H fair lambs every evening…
Most of the time they have a little shadow…
Up and down the big hill, it helps exercise the lambs and builds their muscles…it helps exercise the girls too! ;0)
Then they practice setting them up…
And getting them to brace…
Hard to believe we have fair lambs already. I don’t even want to think forward to fair which means fall is just right around the corner but I’m sure it will be here sooner than I am ready for it…
Sharing with:
Frosty is a bottle lamb from last year and she always happily greets anyone walking through the pasture.
We spent a wonderful spring day moving sheds to the lambing paddock. Only a week left until we should start seeing lambs!
While dad moved sheds the kids had wheelbarrow rides…
The sheep romped…
and ate…
Dugur watched…
and the chickens did… chicken things.
