Tis that time of year…
Only one fish caught, but the boys had lots of bites and a wonderfully fun time spent with their older brother. 😀

Teigen *loves* to fish! Teigen is barely 6 years old but would spend all day ice fishing or casting his pole out into a mud puddle if he suspected fish could inhabit it. He spent all Tuesday, pestering anyone who would listen to him about when we would get to go fishing. We tried to get to the fishing hole that night but we ended up working sheep until it was dark. Mark was suppose to head over to the east side of the state to do some work on Wednesday but was feeling bad that we didn’t make it fishing. So instead of leaving for work Wednesday evening, he stopped and picked up a picnic supper and called and told us to meet him at the fishing spot. We spent the evening eating, laughing and untangling knots until dark.

One happy Teigen.
And a happy Emma!
Waiting for a bite.

Having fun!

Nice catch guys!
We had such a great evening! Mark ended up leaving at 4 am to make it to where he was headed and is a bit tired tonight but says it was definitely worth it.
This summer we were fortunate enough to get out a couple of evenings to do a little fishing at Pine Grove Pond…
Pine Grove Pond was donated by generous Street family for families to enjoy, each child under 16 is allowed to keep one fish each day. Here Mark is helping to untangle a line while Mr. Robin Street looks on.
A couple of the whoppers that the kids caught…
Hayden and his dad together with his catch…
What a wonderful gift! We had a delightful time and made some great memories and hope to make more soon.
