Well it finally happened. After 6 years of shepherding we have our first bottle baby. Right now no one seems to mind and have affectionately called the little ewe lamb, Snoopy.
This was an extra special feeding since the kids were able to share it with their cousin! 
We are hoping to be able to graft little Snoopy onto the next ewe that has a single.

Your son in the green shirt seems to have appointed himself caretaker of the lamb I find that so cute.I was wondering why you had to bottle feed Snoopy. And thanks for the like on our river blog, my daughter is an aspiring 18 year old photographer and was somewhat disappointed with the results of the photos. She’ll be happy to see someone liked them. I enjoy looking at your blog. I have 4 children, but always wanted 6.
Feeding one lamb is fun feeding five is a bit of a chore. They get so boisterous when they get bigger.
