Not much else going on here, just checking ewes and waiting for lambs (like watching/waiting for the pot to boil!) and trying to get healthy again.  Little Zayne is still not feeling well and is now having a reation to his anti-biotics.  His little face and back are covered in a rash, we’re praying he is feeling much better tomorrow.  I am not sure what it is about the last couple weeks of March and the first few weeks of April, but every year we are alwayssick right around this time!  We have not been sick since… I can’t even recall when…but at least early last fall.  It must all be catching up with us ;-(  On a good note though we should be in the 50’s tomorrow and 60’s by early next week!  YEAH!!!  Well it is almost 1:00 am, time for the last ewe check of the night (unless someone looks suspicious) until Mark checks them in the morning.  It’s a beautiful clear night out, and cold too!  Oh yeah the cayenne pepper seems to be doing the trick with Dugur.  I caught him trying to be sneaky and he started licking Ragna, working his way up to her horns and took a big lick and made a terrible face and immediately started eating snow!  I felt a little bad for my pup, but hopefully it will spare him learning some bad habits.
